Chicken Casserole: A Comforting Meal for Any Occasion

  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large skillet, heat a little bit of oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned on all sides, about 5 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
