Lemon Garlic Chicken


  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken and make sure each piece is coated.

  4. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until it is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

  5. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
